Our Day of Wedding Coordination

 “Day of” is a bit of a misnomer. In reality, your Day of Coordinator will be working with you in the last weeks of the planning process. This includes site layouts and floor plans, vendor management, running the rehearsal, and of course full management on the wedding day.

The Day of Coordination services includes:

Arriving at the bride’s preparation location and departing the reception location after the last guest leaves

Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.

A detailed timeline for the event

Ensuring all vendors are confirmed, scheduled, and in place before the wedding and on the day of.

Supervising all activities including:

- Processional and Recessional
- Photo session
- Transportation
- Introductions
- Reception timeline (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-ups

Full access to our preferred vendors

Full Wedding Planning and Destination Weddings

Full Planning is for the bride who needs more guidance or just doesn’t have the time to plan everything herself. We do the leg work; sourcing vendors, help with budget management, and of course all the things encompassed in coordination. We know each bride’s needs are slightly different, so we work with each client to determine the areas in which they need the most help and guidance. No two brides are alike, so we tailor our planning services just for you!

In addition to the Day of services, full planning includes:

Unlimited contact via telephone, email, and/or in-person from the moment you contract our services to the moment you say your goodbyes.

Assistance with locating and contracting the perfect locations including ceremony, reception, rehearsal and out-of-town lodging

Researching, sourcing, and meeting with all prospective vendors (unlimited in person meetings.)  and contractual review

Unlimited recommendations and suggestion for new trends, budgeting, etiquette

Coordination for Out of Town Guests for  transportation and entertainment.

Need that extra help putting all your ideas together?   As part of our coordination services, the Sarasota Wedding Gallery features the largest selection of rental options (everything from chairs to china) and linens in Tampa Bay. You bring in your design board or photographs and we help bring your vision to life.
